With his recently formed SCM team, he drives the change towards higher SCM maturity and process improvements in all SCM-related areas. Currently, his focus lies delivering high performance in day-to-day business as well as on the following improvement initiatives: Implementing integrated Supply Chain Planning, linking OtC to S&OP and Lean Production Planning.
