His successes in past 12 months include the Implementation several supply chain processes and systems. the include the implementation of ""One Global Supply Chain"" within Henkel which combines all supply chain and purchasing activities under one Roof. Thorsten was also responsible for the implementation of a global transport management system. Thorsten considers his most recent challenges to include the bridge between supply chain and business as separated stakeholders, and the constant balancing of business requirements vs. Supply Chain needs.
